These Terms of Service govern your use of the Easy Walk app and related services. By using Easy Walk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

You may use Easy Walk only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where law permits that right, or use the app in a way that harms the service or other users.

Location and Walking Features

Easy Walk depends on location, mapping, route generation, and point-of-interest features supplied by your device and Apple platform capabilities. Route suggestions, travel times, nearby places, check-in prompts, map imagery, and generated summaries are provided for informational and convenience purposes only.

You remain fully responsible for your own safety, route choices, awareness of surroundings, physical condition, and compliance with traffic rules, property restrictions, weather conditions, closures, and local laws. Do not rely on Easy Walk as a safety system or as a guarantee that a route or place is open, safe, accessible, or suitable for you.

Profile, Check-Ins, and Ratings

You may add a display name, profile photo, point-of-interest ratings, and walk activity through the app. You are responsible for the content you choose to submit. Public aggregate check-in totals and rating totals for points of interest are anonymous aggregate records and are not identified by your name or profile.

Purchases

Easy Walk offers a one-time in-app purchase for ad-free access. All payment processing, billing, transaction verification, refunds, and restore flows are handled by Apple under Apple's StoreKit and App Store terms. Easy Walk does not control Apple's billing decisions.

Ads

Easy Walk may display Google AdMob advertisements unless ad-free access is unlocked. AdMob is the only external service currently used by the app for advertising.

Availability and Changes

Easy Walk may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, region, or operating system version.

Intellectual Property

The Easy Walk app, its software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

Easy Walk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Walk and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app, your inability to use the app, or your reliance on route, place, map, or generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Easy Walk if needed to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using the app at any time by discontinuing use and removing it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Easy Walk after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
