These Terms of Service explain how you can use Easy Walk and what you can expect from the app. By using Easy Walk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using the App

You may use Easy Walk only in ways that follow the law and these terms. You may not interfere with the app, try to access it without permission, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it in a way that harms the service or other users.

Location and Walking Features

Easy Walk uses location, maps, route planning, and nearby place features from your device and Apple services. Route suggestions, travel times, nearby places, check-in prompts, map images, and generated summaries are provided for convenience only.

You are responsible for your own safety, route choices, awareness of your surroundings, physical condition, traffic rules, property restrictions, weather, closures, and local laws. Do not rely on Easy Walk as a safety system or as a guarantee that a route or place is open, safe, accessible, or suitable for you.

Profile, Check-Ins, and Ratings

You may add a display name, profile photo, point-of-interest ratings, and walk activity through the app. You are responsible for the content you choose to submit. Public check-in totals and rating totals are anonymous and are not tied to your name or profile.

Purchases

Easy Walk offers a one-time in-app purchase for ad-free access. Apple handles payment, billing, verification, refunds, and restores under its own terms. Easy Walk does not control those billing decisions.

Ads

Easy Walk may show Google AdMob ads unless you unlock ad-free access.

You may be asked whether you want personalized ads. If you do not allow personalization, Easy Walk shows non-personalized ads instead. If you unlock ad-free access, ads are not shown.

Availability and Changes

Easy Walk may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, region, or operating system version.

Intellectual Property

The Easy Walk app, its software, branding, layout, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers

Easy Walk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and reliability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Walk and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app, your inability to use the app, or your reliance on route, place, map, or generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to Easy Walk if needed to protect the service, follow the law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. If you keep using Easy Walk after an update takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.
